Vol. 4 No. 1 (2026): Regular Issue
This issue presents five original research articles authored by 17 researchers from six higher education institutions across two countries: Indonesia and Myanmar. The contributing institutions include Polytechnic University (Maubin), Yangon Technological University, Universitas Jambi, Universitas Dian Nuswantoro, Universitas Nurdin Hamzah, and Universitas Dumai. The published articles cover a broad spectrum of contemporary research in information technology, telecommunications, information systems, user experience, and digital innovation. The topics include the analysis of received signal strength in indoor telecommunication environments, user satisfaction evaluation of the Discord application using the Electronic Service Quality (E-SERVQUAL) method, the development of KAVRA, a UX-based digital fashion learning platform integrating creative self-expression and brand identity communication, the implementation of an employment information system to optimize labor supervision in Jambi Province, and the optimization of service queue scheduling through a web-based service and repair management information system using the Shortest Job First algorithm with an aging mechanism.
Collectively, these contributions demonstrate the application of digital technologies, user-centered design, intelligent algorithms, and information systems to improve communication performance, educational innovation, public administration, and service management while addressing practical challenges in diverse organizational and industrial contexts.
